Participation in XXX International Horticultural Congress in Istambul
Leading researchers Sarmīte Strautiņa, Edīte Kaufmane, Valda Laugale, Ilze Grāvīte and Dalija Segliņa are participating in the XXX International Horticultural Congress (IHC2018), which takes place from 12 to 16 August in Istanbul, Turkey.
As the Congress President, Prof. Dr. Yüksel TÜZEL stated: "The motto of IHC2018 is "Bridging the World through Horticulture" and the focus of the congress will be on research and innovation and training components related to various fields of Horticulture. IHC2018 provides an excellent platform for scientists, technicians, students, consultants, engineers, extension agents, growers, industry, trade and consumer organizations, policy makers and other professionals having an interest in horticulture."
