Latvia is a Schengen Area country, so please check the need for a visa before arrival and contact the conference organizers as necessary.

 

By bus

 

• Riga International Coach Terminal is located in the center of Riga and is close to many hotels, which can be reached by walking or by public transport if your hotel is not near the city center.

 

• Main bus lines operating to/from here are LUX Express and Flixbus.

 

 

By train

 

• Currently, Riga has train connections only with the capitals of neighbouring countries. More information here: Tallin and Vilnius.

 

 

By air

 

• Riga International Airport is located 13 km from the center of Riga and is a hub for air traffic, connecting the Baltic countries with European business centers and popular holiday destinations.

 

• The leading flight operator at Riga Airport is the Latvian national airline Air Baltic, which serves more than 70 destinations in Europe and beyond.
