Development of syrups with aromatic plants

In 2019, together with SIA "Tiks Tev un Man", we presented our jointly developed products – syrups with aromatic plants – at the exhibition Riga Food 2019.

In 2019, we developed new products – syrups with aromatic plants – together with SIA Tiks Tev un Man. In light of the high consumption among children, youth and teenagers of “colourful” drinks manufactured with artificial colourants, sweeteners and flavourings, we aimed to find product manufacturing solutions that would make use of natural ingredients.

Recipes were created on the basis of quince syrup with the addition of medicinal herbs like meadowsweet and bergamot, giving the new products a functional purpose. 

The products were introduced to consumers at the international exhibition Riga Food 2019.
