Jam and other rosehip products

From 2013 to 2014, together with SIA “Mežrozītes.lv”, we provided advice and developed new products.
Recipes were developed for rosehip jam, syrup and candy, using rosehip fruits.

From 2013 to 2015, together with SIA “Mežrozītes.lv”, we developed new rosehip-based products and offered production advice.

Practical research resulted in a broad range of products:  to enter the market, the company was offered recipes and production technologies for jams with various added fruits and berries, syrups, candied fruit, candy, marshmallows, teas and other products.
