Mazo Lāču putra

In 2015, together with SIA “Lat food LP”, recipes were developed for “Mazo lāču putra” brand products.
Dry cereal (oat and buckwheat) mixes for infants are an innovation in the market. Research resulted in the selection of the most suitable varieties of fruits (apples, plums) and vegetables (pumpkins, carrots), the development of mixing technology and the evaluation of product quality metrics. 

The products were introduced to consumers at the international exhibition Riga Food 2017
