International Experts Evaluate the Work of the Institute of Horticulture
On Monday, July 29, the Institute of Horticulture welcomed a group of international experts as part of the national evaluation of scientific institutions. The purpose of the visit was to assess the quality of our scientific work, our progress over the past six years, and our vision for the future.
During the three-hour visit, we did our best to present our achievements, ongoing research, and future plans. The experts had the opportunity to visit our gardens and laboratories, as well as to hear about the current challenges and opportunities in horticultural science under changing climate and geopolitical conditions.
Although the time was limited, the experts’ professionalism and interest allowed for open and constructive dialogue. We are grateful for the opportunity to showcase our work and look forward to a positive evaluation!
