Experimental development of organic plant milk (hemp and soybean) ice cream with various berries, fruit and vegetable additives

Project partners: “Raw Bite” Ltd. (leading partner), "Cietais rieksts" Ltd. (partner), LarHort (partner).

The aim of the project: is to promote cooperation between agriculture, the agricultural product processing industry and projects to develop new products - organic plant milk (hemp and soybean) ice cream and drinks with various additives of berries, fruits and vegetables grown in Latvia, and to transfer the knowledge gained within the project to different target audiences in the European Innovation Partnership (EIP) network and other communication channels.

The implementation of the project is co-financed from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) funds.
