Project objective: To optimize and finalize the production technologies of a new product – Japanese quince juice concentrate and powder- and test their suitability in industrial production conditions.

Objective of the first stage: to conduct a feasibility study to develop a commercialization strategy plan for the market offer of Japanese quince (Chaenomeles Japonica) juice concentrate and powder products.

Within the framework of the first stage of the project, a feasibility study is planned to develop a commercialization strategy for the market offer of new product technologies – Japanese quince (Chaenomeles Japonica) juice concentrate and powder.

The project is implemented in cooperation with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency within the framework of the specific support objective 1.2.1. “Increase private sector investment in R&D” within the framework of the measure 1.2.1.2. “Support for the improvement of the technology transfer system”.
